The short version: this site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and uses no advertising trackers. The only personal data we ever receive is what you choose to send us.

Who we are

Krizalis Creative Studio is a web studio based in Malaysia. You can reach us any time through our contact form or WhatsApp.

What we collect, and why

The contact form. If you send an enquiry through our contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number and message. We use them for one purpose — responding to your enquiry and any work that follows from it. Submissions are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service that processes your submission on our behalf.

WhatsApp. The WhatsApp buttons on this site open a chat with us in your own WhatsApp app. Anything you send there is handled under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy, not ours — this site itself collects nothing when you tap the button.

Hosting logs. The site is hosted on Vercel, which — like any host — processes basic technical request data (such as IP address and browser type) to serve pages and protect the platform against abuse. We do not use this data to identify or profile visitors.

What we don't do

We set no cookies. We run no analytics or advertising scripts. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data — to anyone, ever. Fonts and all other assets are served from our own domain, so visiting this site does not announce you to third parties.

How long we keep things

Enquiry emails are kept as ordinary business correspondence for as long as they are relevant to the enquiry or the work that follows. If you would like your correspondence deleted, ask and we will do it.

Your rights

Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 — and as a matter of basic decency wherever you are in the world — you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send us a message through the contact form and we will sort it out.

Changes

If the site ever starts doing more than described here — analytics, for instance — this page will be updated first, with a new date at the top.
